This guide will explain how to manually export email addresses from Gmail.

Here is a systematic process-

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Find a nine-dot grid icon on the top right-hand side of the screen to open the Google Apps section.

  3. You will find many options such as drive, account, map, news, meet, etc. Choose “Contacts”.

  4. Select the contacts, which comprises of name, email, phone number, job title & company.
  5. Tick the “Export” option in the left side menu.
  6. Select one of the subsequent file formats-
    1. Google CSV (google.csv) – If you wish to import these contacts into another Google account or other applications.
    2. Outlook CSV (Gmail-to-outlook.csv) – If you wish to import these contacts into a Microsoft Outlook application.
    3. VCard Format (contacts.vcf) – If you wish to import these contacts to Apple address book or other Mac applications.
  7. Simply click on the Export button and your file will automatically download to your computer.
