In this article, we will explain to you how to use Email Delivery to track an email using cPanel.

To track email delivery, follow the steps:

1. Log in to cPanel.
   
2. Click on the “Track Delivery” sub-option from the “Email” section.
   
3. Enter the “Recipient’s Email”.
4. Click on the “Run Report” button.
   
5. You can find the “Delivery Report” option.
6. Under the delivery report, you can there are 4 options, and you can tick the boxes to enable them if required.
   1. Show Successes
   2. Show Deferred
   3. Show Failures 
   4. Show In-Progress
7. You can set the “Maximum Results/Type”.
   
8. You will get the “Email Address Trace” as shown below in the image.
