How to delete a DNS record in cPanel July 17, 2022

The domain’s email addresses must be set up to use the local mail exchanger if a DNS zone is deleted in cPanel.

Let us follow the steps:

1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Select the Domains section.
3. Click on the Zone Editor option.
   
4. Select the Domain and click on the Manage button.
   
5. Find the record you wish to delete.
6. Click on the Delete button.
   
7. It will ask you again whether you are sure or not. So, click on the “Continue” button.
   
8. You will get a success message that the record has been deleted.
