If you need to reclaim cPanel disk space by permanently removing emails from your account, cPanel offers a built-in tool for this purpose.
Follow the steps below-
- Log in to cPanel.
- Select the “Email” section and click on the “Email accounts” sub-option.
- Select the email accounts you wish to remove permanently by selecting the check box.
- Click on “Check Email” button of the email you wish to delete permanently.
- You have reached the Webmail Page. Click on the email account on the top right and choose Manage Disk Usage.
- In “Manage Disk Usage” go to the required folder. Under “Actions” tab, click on “Manage”.
- Select all messages if you want to delete all and then delete them permanently.
