Follow the steps:

1. Log in to WHM.
   
2. Select the “Tweak Settings” from the “Server Configuration” section.
   
3. You will enter the “Tweak Settings” page.
   
4. Select the “SQL” setting.
5. Find the “Require a username prefix on names of new databases and database users” option and select the “OFF” button.
   
6. Click on the “Save” button.
   
7. You will get a success message as shown below.
