This guide explains how to create a Global email filter in cPanel. Setting this type of filter for your email accounts will aid you in automatically organising all incoming emails. It can also assist in distinguishing between SPAM and genuine emails.
Let us follow the steps-
- Log in to cPanel.
- Select the “Email” section and click on the “Global Email Filter” sub-option.
- You will be heading to a new page, click on the “Create a New Filter” button.
- A form will appear. Fill in the information given below-
- Filter Name- Enter a unique filter name. Make note of one thing, if you add the filter with the identical name as another filter, the earlier filter will be overwritten.
- Rules- Set the rules using the drop-down menu.
- Actions- Select the actions using the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “Create” button after filling in the required information.
- You will get a message that the new filter was created successfully.
- You will find the newly created Global email filter is added to the list.
