How to Upgrade or Downgrade Accounts in WHM

In this post, we’ll show you how to use WHM to upgrade or downgrade the packages for a cPanel account.

Let us follow the steps:

1. Log in to WHM.
   
2. Select the “Account Function” option from the left-hand side of the screen.
   
3. In that select “Upgrade/Downgrade an Account”.
4. Select the domain.
   
5. Click on the “Modify” button.
   
6. Select the current package.
7. Click on the “Upgrade/Downgrade” button.
   
8. You will get a final message as shown in the image below.
