A feature list controls which cPanel tools are available to accounts using an associated hosting package. This guide explains how to create a list and choose its features in WHM.
Create the list

Log in and open Packages > Feature Manager.

Under Add a new feature list, enter a descriptive name and select Add Feature List.

Select the features required by the intended accounts. Select all only if every tool is appropriate.

Select Save.
Apply and check the list
Creating a feature list does not create a package. Create or edit the required package, select the new feature list and ensure the intended accounts use that package.
Check an affected cPanel account. Features disabled through WHM’s disabled list remain unavailable even if enabled in your custom list.
