Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you are unsatisfied for any reason or simply change your mind, contact our friendly billing team within 30 days of ordering and we will quickly process your refund. Please be aware as free domains cannot be cancelled after they are registered, the cost of registration will be deducted from your total refund. Please read our Terms of Service for full details.

How long will it take for my order to be set up?

Usually within 6 hours; however, in some cases it may take a little longer if we need to perform additional security checks. We’ll always keep you informed regarding the progress of your order.

What happens if I reach my storage allowance?

If you reach your storage quota, you won’t be able to make changes to your website or receive e-mails until storage space is either freed or more becomes available by upgrading your hosting package. We will always inform you if your space use exceeds 80%.

How often will you backup my account?

All of your website files, databases, e-mails and hosting account settings are backed up daily as part of our disaster recovery procedures. We retain these backups for a total of 7 days before they are replaced by newer backups. We are happy to perform backup restorations on request free of charge, please contact our support team if you need this.

How many sites or domains can I host?

As many as you like within the specified limits defined for each plan. You may find if you add a lot of sites that the reseller service will not have the power you need, if this happens please contact our sales or support team and they can make recommendations for tweaks you can make or a suitable upgrade service.
