How to Set Up Webmail Folders

Configuring Folder Visibility in Roundcube Webmail for Roundcube Desktop-

1. Navigate to Settings in the left menu bar of the Roundcube interface.
2. Click on Folders to access the list of available folders.
3. Toggle the switches to subscribe or unsubscribe to specific folders for viewing or hiding purposes. (Note: Repeat this process for each folder you wish to manage visibility for.)
4. Return to the Inbox by clicking on Mail in the left menu bar.

For Roundcube Mobile-

1. Open the Roundcube menu by clicking on the top left menu ( ) icon.
2. Access Settings from the menu.
3. Direct to Folders to see the list of available folders.
4. Toggle the switches to subscribe or unsubscribe to specific folders for viewing or hiding purposes. (Note: Repeat this process for each folder you wish to manage visibility for.)
5. Return to the Settings screen by clicking the back arrow in the top left corner.
6. To return to the Mail interface, open the Roundcube menu again and tap on Mail.
7. To view all selected folders, tap on the open folder ( ) icon next to the top left menu icon.
