How to Import the converted PST files in outlook

This tutorial illustrates how to import the converted files to export email from cPanel to Outlook 2021, 2019, 2016, and 2013.

Let us follow the steps –

1. Open Outlook and select the “files” tab.
   
2. Select the “Open and Export” option from the left-hand side menu to launch the “Import/export” wizard.
   
   
3. Select “Import from another program or file” from the actions available and click on the “Next” button.
   
4. Now, in the next dialogue box, select the file type as “Outlook Data File (.pst)” and click on the “Next” button.
   
5. Next, navigate to the file on your computer and insert it into the appropriate location.
6. Once completed, click the “Finish” button.
   
   

That is all there is to it! You can now conveniently access all your cPanel emails in your Outlook application, maintaining the same formatting.
