How to Set Up an Email Autoresponder in cPanel

You can use email autoresponder to send automated emails, which can be useful if you want to send generic messages or are out of the office.

To set up an autoresponder, follow these instructions.

1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Under the email section and click on the Autoresponders icon

3. Select the domains for which you want to create autoresponders on the Autoresponders page, then click the Add Autoresponder button.

4. Fill out the necessary information on the page that opens. These include the subject line and content of the autoresponder, as well as the email address and domain you want it to be sent from.

5. For the Character Set option, leave it as default unless you have a specific reason to choose another option from the dropdown menu.

6. You can also configure the autoresponder to include the name, subject and email address of the sender in your automated reply. This can be done by putting %from%, %subject% and %email% in the email body.

7. Before finishing, add the start and end dates and times you want the autoresponder to use to send your automated emails.

8. When done, click the Create/Modify button at the bottom of the page.
