Symptoms:
- The same issue occurs when accessing any .php file inside %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\.
- The one-time login link command also fails.
Cause:
The file %plesk_dir%\admin\engine\php-cgi.exe is missing.
Resolution:
- Restore the missing php-cgi.exe file from another working Plesk server running the same version (e.g., 18.0.53).
- If an Antivirus is installed, check if the file was moved to quarantine and restore it.
- Add %plesk_dir% to the Antivirus exceptions to prevent future issues.
