This article explains setting up an Email signature for a cPanel Email Account. You can easily create an email signature for your cPanel email account using the Roundcube webmail client.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to cPanel and go to the “Email Accounts” section.

- Select the email address you want to update.
- Select “Check Email.”

- You will log in to Webmail and click on the “Open” button of the Roundcube open source webmail software.

- In Roundcube, go to Settings ? Identities.

- Then select your email address.

- Scroll down to the Signature section.
- Enter your signature in plain text, or
- To use an HTML signature, click the HTML editor icon to enable HTML editing. You can then use the Insert/Edit Image icon to add images to your signature.
Images in signatures will only display when composing messages in HTML format. Enable this under Settings ? Preferences ? Composing Messages ? Compose HTML Messages ? Always.
- When you are done, click “Save.” Your signature will now be included in all new outgoing messages.
