Here, previous notifications refer to past system-generated messages that have already been sent to the cPanel account or root contact email and are stored in the server notification history directories.
Steps to View Notifications:
- Replace USERNAME with the real cPanel account username, which has a history of notifications issued to a cPanel account contact email.
/var/cpanel/user_notifications/USERNAME/history/
- The following directory also contains notifications sent to the root contact email address.
/var/cpanel/user_notifications/root/history/
