This article explains how to design a package in your reseller WHM. Creating a hosting package in WHM lets you customise cPanel account settings. For example, you can offer a plan with 5 additional domains, even if your upgraded plan allows 15, cater to customers with different budgets and needs.
Separate cPanel account creation is accelerated by creating packages. Updating multiple accounts at once is also facilitated. A change to one package will affect all of the accounts that are utilizing it, if you have numerous accounts on it.
Important note: The construction of cPanel is no longer limitless.
Follow steps:
- Log in to WHM.
- From left panel, select the “Add a Package option under Packages category.
- Enter a Package Name and set restrictions for the various resources on the package creation page initially.
- Next, provide the package with any other options you would wish to provide, as follows:
- Options: Choose any other options you would like to offer. This is normally set to solely CGI Access.
- cPanel theme: From the menu, choose the standard cPanel theme (layout).
- Features list: Decide which feature list the account should be assigned. Feature lists, which are handled by WHM’s Feature Manager, list the cPanel features that the user can access.
- Locale: Using the package, choose the default language you wish to set for the cPanels.
- To finish the procedure, click the “Add” button after allocating the resources and settings.
