How to Add an Email Account in cPanel

Be it a large organization or business, or a small start-up business, E-mail is the best way to communicate. It is the most secure, flexible and easy way for businesses to manage their day-to-day activities. Using a business email address is really beneficial for companies as it allows data to be transmitted in a secure format.
 
When you use a business email address on your site, it adds more credibility to your business, helps build trust with your potential customers, and maintains a professional image.
 
Now, how do you create an email account for your domain name? If you have cPanel access you can easily create this email account. You don’t require any technical knowledge to do this. If you know the basic UI structure of cPanel you’re good to go.
 
Below are the easy steps to add email account in cPanel :
  1. Login to the cPanel account.
  2. Scroll down to the Email section.

3. Select Email Accounts

4. When the Email Accounts screen appears, on the right-hand side, click the + Create button. This will take you to a new page where you can enter the information required to set up your email account.

5.In the Username box, type the username that you want for your email account.

6. Enter a strong password for your account in the Password box. you can also use the password generator to create strong password.

7. Set the storage limit for the email account.

8. Check the box if you wish to get an email with instructions on how to set up your new account on clients such as Outlook.

9. Click the + Create button and finish this setup.

 

 

Your new email account has now been setup.
