    Managing Email accounts<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Create an email account<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To create an email account:<\/p>\n

    1. Open Websites<\/strong> in the left sidebar.<\/li>\n
    2. When the website dashboard loads, select Emails <\/strong>in the top navigation.

    3. Open Email in the left side bar.<\/li>\n
    4. Select an Add account.

    5. When the form loads, input your email address.
      \n\"add\"<\/li>\n
    6. Select the Mailbox.
      \n\"mailbox\"<\/li>\n
    7. Complete the form.<\/li>\n
    8. Click Add <\/a>to finish.

      Email authentication\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Email authentication (or email validation) is a collection of protocols used to verify the source and legitimacy of email messages.<\/p>\n

      SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a form of email sender authentication. It validates if an email was sent from an authorised IP address. An SPF record is automatically added to every domain.<\/p>\n

      DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is a form of domain authentication that signs the message and verifies it was sent from the source domain. DKIM can be enabled on a per-date basis.<\/p>\n

      To enable DKIM on a domain:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Open Websites in the left sidebar.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the website you would like to enable DKIM.<\/li>\n
      3. Select Domains from the top menu and select the domain you would like to enable DKIM on.
        \n\"domains\"<\/li>\n
      4. Scroll to Email authentication and toggle DKIM On.
        \n\"DCIM\"<\/li>\n
      5. If the DNS<\/a> is hosted with Enhance, wait for validation. If the DNS is hosted elsewhere, follow the instructions on screen to complete authentication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Catch-All Email Addresses<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Create a catch-all email address\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        A catch-all email address accepts all emails sent to an address on a domain; this includes any nonexistent or misspelt email addresses. This means that a hello@domain.com catch-all email address will also receive mail sent to helo@domain.com and hi@domain.com.<\/p>\n

        To create a catch-all email address:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Open Websites in the left sidebar.<\/li>\n
        2. Select the website you would like to create a catch-all email address on.<\/li>\n
        3. When the website dashboard loads, select Emails in the top navigation.<\/li>\n
        4. Click Add account.

        5. Complete the form, ensuring you select Make this email address a catch-all.

        6. Click Add to finish.

          3. When the website dashboard loads, select Emails in the top navigation.

          4. Locate the email address you would like to convert and select Manage.

          5. Scroll to Catch-all.<\/li>\n
          6. Toggle <\/a>Catch-all on.

            Managing databases in Enhance\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

            Add a new database
            \n<\/strong>To add a database to your website:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Open Websites in the left sidebar.<\/li>\n
            2. Select the website you would like to add the database to.<\/li>\n
            3. When the website dashboard loads, select Databases in the top navigation.
              \n\"databases\"<\/li>\n
            4. Select the Add database and input the database name.<\/li>\n
            5. Complete the \u2018Add database user\u2019 form to create a new database user or select an existing database user. By default, all \u2018database permissions\u2019 will be selected. You can edit the user permissions by deselecting the \u2018All database privileges\u2019 checkbox.
              \nNote:<\/strong> A database can be created without a user. It is possible to add a new or existing user to a database at any point.<\/li>\n
            6. Click Add to finish.

              Add a new database user

                phpMyAdmin is a tool used to manage data within a database, for example, editing and creating tables.<\/p>\n

                To access phpMyAdmin:<\/p>\n

                2. Select the website you would like to access phpMyAdmin on.
