This article explains how to create and manage Autoresponders in cPanel. They allow you to set up automatic email replies and are useful for vacation messages, confirmation emails, or notifying senders that their message has been received.<\/p>\n

Let us follow the guide:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.<\/li>\n
  2. Under the \u201cEmail\u201d<\/strong> section, click \u201cAutoresponders\u201d<\/strong>.

  3. Click \u201cAdd Autoresponder<\/strong>\u201d.

  4. Configure the following details:\n

    1. Character Set<\/strong>: Leave as default (UTF-8) unless you need another.<\/li>\n
    2. Interval<\/strong>: Enter the number of hours to wait before sending another response to the same sender.<\/li>\n
    3. Email<\/strong>: Type the address for which you\u2019re setting the autoresponder.<\/li>\n
    4. From<\/strong>: Add the sender\u2019s name that should appear in the auto-reply.
      \n      \"subjects\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    5. Subject<\/strong>: Enter the subject line for your message.<\/li>\n
    6. Body<\/strong>: Write the message content. (You can use plain text or HTML).<\/li>\n
    7. Start\/Stop<\/strong>: Set when the autoresponder should begin and end.

    9. You will receive a success message.
