The purpose of this guide is to explain how to use Nginx to serve all static content in Plesk. For static content requests, Apache only identifies the location of the corresponding file, while Nginx locates and delivers it.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps to serve all static content in Plesk using Nginx:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Plesk control panel.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the \u201cWebsites & Domains\u201d option from the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. You will end up on the \u201cApache & Nginx settings\u201d page.

  4. Scroll down to the \u201cNginx settings\u201d section.<\/li>\n
  5. Check the boxes for \u201cProxy mode\u201d and \u201cSmart static file processing\u201d.<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure that Nginx is not configured to serve static files directly. So uncheck the \u201cServe static files directly by nginx\u201d option.
