Some times you get the error installing FrontPage extensions… /home/user/public_html/dirxxx or it shows the directory does not exist or is not a directory.
If a client is planning to install the FrontPage extensions to your main domain, you must check that the public_html directory must exist. This error usually comes when the directory in which you are trying to install the FrontPage does not exist. There are various ways for installing the FrontPage. While trying to install the FrontPage extensions you need to check first if the directory actually exists and if its has the right permissions from the system. Please note that you can change the permissions by using the File Manager within the cPanel. The correct permissions are 755.
