  • Windows Server Maintenance

    Dear Customers,

This is to inform you that a server maintenance work has been scheduled tonight at 7.00 PM GMT. The websites hosted on the DNP server will not be accessible during the maintenance period. We will be performing security audit to ensure stringent server security is in place against the vulnerabilities. Some of the websites files and folder permissions might be completely revoked. We apologize for the short notice period.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or questions regarding this maintenance process.

Still hacking problem with Webhosting UK servers

      Hi James and Henry

My site has just been hacked again. This is a horrible experience. This is the fourth day in a row I experience major downtime with your service due to hacking. I'm really disappointed, and the security breach has still not been resolved. Many customers are affected, and you keep promissing that the obvious security problem is solved.

Currently this screenshot is again all I see in my site:

Mine hacked again too, even though the anonymous IIS user account has read only access. What the hell were the admins doing? Certainly wasn't of benefit to the customers.
