    Dear Customers,

    We have had a temporary network problem as a result of which some customers may face an outage. Our Administrators are investigating the issue and we will keep the forum updated with the progress.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this.

    Network issue is affecting most web hosting services located in Maidenhead.

      Have you called datacenter? Is anyone on charge there or they are off due to holiday season? Or you have just open a ticket and wait?

          Our engineers are aware of this problem. Efforts are on to restore service at the earliest. We apologise for the inconvenience.

            We appear to be suffering from issues with our internal routers forwarding multicast traffic to each other. Network Engineers are on site and will be trying a suggested fix within the next 15 minutes. We will update you once this has been completed.

                  We have now applied a fix which has restored network stability, and all customers should have full service restored. We will monitor for the next 30 minutes to ensure the issue does not reappear.
