Network issue is affecting most web hosting services located in Maidenhead.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting customers with servers in the Maidenhead datacentres.

Some customers may see this as service down, whilst others will see this as a very slow connection with timeouts.

More information will be posted over time.

Our engineers are aware of this problem. Efforts are on to restore service at the earliest. We apologise for the inconvenience.

We appear to be suffering from issues with our internal routers forwarding multicast traffic to each other. Network Engineers are on site and will be trying a suggested fix within the next 15 minutes. We will update you once this has been completed.

Looks like Bluesquare 1 and 2 are back online.

Yes things are getting back online we will update you once the issue is fixed completely.

We have now applied a fix which has restored network stability, and all customers should have full service restored. We will monitor for the next 30 minutes to ensure the issue does not reappear.
