    Windows7 missing from GRUB

I have Windows 7 and Ubuntu. Firstly I installed Ubuntu then I have created the partition for Windows. Then installed Windows 7 on the partition so that deleted GRUB. So I restored GRUB, but now Windows 7 is not presenting in GRUB.

How to add Windows 7 to GRUB?

            Try the following steps:
            1. Boot into Ubuntu
            2. Open a terminal
            3. Run sudo update-grub

You can also try boot-repair on Ubuntu to fix many of the common errors or issues related to GRUB.

Have you tried to reinstall grub?
Type in terminal: sudo grub-install /dev/sd_ (sd_ is the device to install the boot-loader to).
                Then sudo grub-update,

                Hope it will some help.
Note: sda in /dev/sda could be in device you have grub installed in.

Simply run the following two commands at the terminal.
                  Code:

                   sudo os-prober sudo update-grub
                  And then reboot your system.

os-prober only looks for operating systems. It doesn't change the system configuration in any case. The only helpful command here is update-grub
