    Can anyone explain me?

It is no surprise that subdomains can have an impact on SEO, but it's purely dependent on how you are going to use them.

Some SEO domain experts tend to set-up domains category-based domains on their blog pages. The advantage they get out of this is the keywords in the super-category present in the front of the URL.

However, it is hard to see how this can be a relatively better way than going for the conventional approach of placing the category in the permalink. This approach can be very helpful if you're looking to make your category pages as the landing pages for the SERPs.

I usually always work long term, one domain, one responsive layout with a desktop, mobile and watch version and a web shop implemented in it.
