    Hi Guys
    How do I change my customer’s FTP password in Plesk?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hello Benson,

    I could provide you the exact steps if I knew the plesk version you are using, let me know the version for precise info.
    You may want to try the below steps.

    1. Click on Website and Domains tab >> 2. Click FTP access >> 3. Click on the account you want to change the credentials for >> 4. Change the credentials such as the password or user name >> you are done.

      Hello Benson,

      This process explains the way to change your customer’s password through the Plesk control panel present in the reseller hosting account. This process takes into consideration that you have logged into your Plesk control panel. After logging in you will have to follow this process for changing the customer’s password.
