The easiest way is to recompile Apache. It can also be done from WHM.

You can do this from the Shell access by recompiling apache

#/scripts/easyapache
Option 5

Or

You can do it from WHM,
Follow the Tab
---------
Main >> Software >> EasyApache (Apache Update)
---------
php module check GD (and else what you need)
click start build
It will take 20 to 40 minutes to complete with the recompilation.
