Website not working

Hello,

I have a big issue plzzzz help me .

Today morning my client called up and reported an error, when I browsed the website it ended up with following error.

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 0607C55F

.
Please help me to resolve the issue, the client is getting wild at me.

Hello Toby_tech,

I came across the same error for site on windows server, the issue is with the PHP handlers set to the domain.

I just change the Php handlers to Inherited and site worked.

You can try this fix using the below steps.

Login to the windows server through RDP.
Go to IIS.
Click on the domain
Double Click on Handlers mapping on the Right side.
Now Click on "Revert to Inherited" under the Actions.

The first thing you should do is, make sure that your WordPress install is updated to latest version. Also, update all of your plugins to the latest version.
