System administrators normally setup their systems to refuse mail from spammers, but since no Anti spam filtering tool or software is perfect, your email message could have been grabbed in the junk mail or spam block. It means that your provider's domain name is openly listed as a known spammer on a blacklist.

Most of the time, your email service provider will need to contact the system administrator to have the block removed, so you should contact your provider immediately.
