Yes. Plesk is a great control panel as it is user-friendly. Anyone with slight knowledge can start governing their server immediately. Even cPanel is a good option. If you are dealing with a large number of sites then cPanel is good but if you are just a beginner then I would suggest you go for Plesk.

Procedure for installing SSL certificate:
1. Log in to the control panel “Plesk”.
2. Select Domain.
3. Choose the domain to be updated.
4. Click on the ‘Add New Certificate button.
5. Save the certificate tag in the ‘Certificate Name’ case. The certificate and key files would be saved on the local computer. The certificate authority provides these certificates and key files, which are required for installation.
6. Find these files.
7. Copy the entire content of the files.
8. Paste them in the right boxes.
9. Click on the ‘Send Text’ button.
10. Go to the ‘Hosting Section’. It is on the domain screen.
11. Click ‘Set-up’ from this section. A drop-down list will follow.
12. The next step is to click on the ‘new certificate’ from the drop-down list.
13. Finally click on the ‘Ok’ button.
This way your SSL certificate would be installed using Plesk.
