Yes, you can use the same SSL when migrating your site to an another provider. The SSL certificate is issued to the base of domain name rather hosting. Hosting holds no responsibility towards SSL Certificates and installations.

Remember to carry out the following steps-

1. Backup your SSL Certificate & Private Key
2. Login to your CA website, that has provided you the SSL Certificate
3. Generate New CSR
4. Install the SSL certificate on the new hosting provider
