  • Routing problems to 78.129.128.100

Reports coming in from the Essex area not being able to access the 78.129.128.100 server, both for mail and for websites for the third day.

tracert shows timeouts and ping shows loss of all packets along this route.

    Any ideas?

The traceroutes are disabled under our network purposely. Please use TCP-Traceroute to do a traceroute to server from your location. You can download the utility from http://www.goheer.com/products/tcptraceroute/

        Hello,

Yes and ping is working fine on server.
Could you please open a Ticket with support and provide us with ping and tcp traceroute results. This will help us to investigate in right direction.

Opened a ticket and provided my client's IP for you to check routing from you to him (as he cannot run the tracert software you suggested).

Hopefully there will be others who have the problem apart from my 2 clients.
