FTP and web access?

Hi,

Since about yesterday I can't access my ftp or even site/cpanel from my work.
It just comes up as can't be found.
Will this most likely be my work tightening the rules?
Does anyone know an easy way around that?

You will need to install cpanel proxy to access your control panel without port :2082

http://cpanelproxy.net/autoinstall

You will need to use file manager in your cpanel to upload / download files as they must have blocked port 21 as well which is used for FTP.

I am totally confused by all this ftp info on this board. I want to be able to upload my webpages from my computer at home also from my office. The two PCs use different ISPs so what do I do next ? Been onto support and they seemed to give up on it.

If you can login in control panel and same details don't work for FTP then we can resend welcome email to you.

No still can't ftp from any PC now. I contact you, you fix it and then say that it will work on both PCs and when I try it does not work on either - just like today. This has been going on for over a week and I am getting really fed up with it as I can't get on with my work.
