u've got good information from some of the geeks on our forum so get started with Ruby or Flex or Java as this seem to be very popular right now and you have an option to get into some big development firm if you learn this languages.
It was a kind joke Admin but it's something real too, may be I would give Ruby a shot, I'm using JAVA/ANSI C/C++/Delphi7/ASP/PHP/PERL/MySQL/NASM/MASM/VB/HTML/CSS/XML time to time Python and some other langs when in need.

There are some langs I'd learnt but I don't like to use it I don't know why , I can't find the desire to , like : C#,PASCAL,MSSQL.

All I can say is : PROGRAMING is an endless world, it's a sea without a beach,
and our brains are horses without knights

If you are working on so many programming languages then you need to do what Kev has said.

make proper partitions of your brain and keep respective data in respective partition. you can opt for multi-threading but that will degrade performance of your processor so do one thing at a time.

May be I would , I think a Quad core with a Debian Sarge featured with Xen runing a Fedora Core 6 managing a remote RedHat Oracle enterprise edition would do the stuff, all I need is a 24/7 alive webmaster who has nothing to do with eating or doing anything

I'll take your advice to My CEO and try to convince him to, but sometimes MR.Brain is jsut wanna be a against my wish
