How to importing a MySQL Database in cPanel?

The need for importing a database can arise if you are looking for a DR solution or migrating your website to an entirely new hosting solution. Before you initiate this process, it is important that create a database for importing it later.
Follow the steps given below for importing a MySQL Database in cPanel Web Hosting-
Step #1:
Sign in to your cPanel account.
Step #2:
Hover down to the Databases section and then click on phpMyAdmin.
Step #3:
Once phpMyAdmin gets opened, click on the Import tab present at the top.
Step #4:
Once the import page opens, go to the File to Import section present at the top. Now click on the Choose File button. This opens a dialog box, where you'll find the database backup file that you want to import from your device.
Step #5:
Once you have chosen the file that you want to import, leave the settings with their default values. Click on the Go button.
You have successfully managed to import a MySQL Database in cPanel!
