How to change control panel?

How do I change the control panel from cPanel to Plesk on Linux dedicated server? Will I need to do it on my own or support will help me? Do I need to pay any charges for it?

You have to transfer manually all your files and databases to a new server and if you face any issue, then you can contact support department, they will assist you further
