Softaculous is a great Auto Installer with which you can install online applications also it allows you to create/restore backups of your applications directly from the web interface. You can simply create backup as with below instructions :
*** Access the cPanel under "Software/Services" tab click on Softaculous >> here at right top menu choose the "All Instalaltions" button which looks like a wooden box. On the new page you will see a list of all installed applications. Find the one which you want to backup and click the "Backup" button.
Thats it.
