  • Customer on shared hosting wants own Control Panel access

We have had a shared CPanel account with WHUK for some years and all is running well, but a customer has asked us to allow him Control Panel access to create and amend email accounts. How do I go about arranging that and what hosting arrangement does it need?

    Thanks for thoughts

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

In shared hosting accounts, you can host multiple domains but you will not be able to provide control panel access to your customers. You will be able to provide control panel access to each customer with our reseller hosting plans. In reseller hosting you get access to WHM through which you can setup multiple cPanel accounts for your customers. Please refer the below url to view our reseller hosting plans, we are offering 50% off on reseller hosting packages.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for that information! So just to be clear:- if I upgrade from our current cPanel Advance Plan to Linux Copper Reseller Hosting, will the file structure and Add-on domains and emails etc all remain the same, the only difference being that we would have access to WHM and can allocate a Control Panel to one of our customers?

In other words there are no changes we or our other customers would need to make?

      Many thanks

      Jim

Yes Jim, it'd stay the same, just that your existing account will have reseller privs after the change
        Kind regards,

Thanks a lot - sounds like it's time to upgrade to the Reseller Hosting - will request it from our Client Area.

          Thanks for the help
