Git on cPanel

Hi,
Is it possible to install git on a cpanel hosted site?
I've read up on it and I know I need to use SSH to install it but would Jailshell let me install instead? and if it does am I allowed to?

Hello Phil.

You can not install Git on the Cpanel shared hosting. The installation and configuration
requires compiler access which wont be available with jailshell.
