Slow Response times on 1st access each day

Hi,
Is there a problem with CPanel hosting?
I have noticed that recently my site has been taking about 30 seconds to first load.
My site (compuguide.info) is optimised for speed with a very simple 1st page - not graphics heavy.
I have observed this problem from multiple different locations, using different browsers, so I don't think it is related to bandwidth issues at the accessing site, besides other sites (Google news, BBC news) respond rapidly.

Hello,

The weekly backup cron is currently under process on server due to which the load spikes intermittently. That is the reason you are getting slow site performance. It will be working fine in a next couple of hour.
