Why domain parking companies have really offshore IP's?

If i make a typo mistake, I however see that the parked domain which was in Bahamas or Cayman Islands.

Why such domain parking companies decide to have such series of servers or at least appear to have them in such "exotic" countries ?

IMO it is not necessary that the domain which parking websites have the offshore servers,

However, If you have found that some of the domain which parking websites hosted on offshore servers that would be because those don't want to get into any of the trouble which may arise due to the domain parking where as many of the issues which are related to the domains had a benefit when it comes to search engine optimization ranking position when it come's to Geo based.
