    i have a error on my opencart site today,,

    Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 1078 is not allowed to access /home/toolspec/public_html/shop/image//cache/data/ProTools owned by uid 99 in /home/toolspec/public_html/shop/system/helper/image.php

    and i cant seem to delete images or their folders via ftp

    has something changed? many thanks in advance

    We have set safe_mode ON for your domain hosted server due to that you are facing the problem. The safe_mode is set OFF for your hosting account please try to browse URL where you are facing the problem due to safe_mode and let us know the result if you have any further problem.       and no ftp access at all

      im also unable to access the ftp now

      331 Password required for t******.
      Command: PASS **********
      Response: 530 Login or Password incorrect.
      Error: Critical error
      Error: Could not connect to server

        Hello,

        Safe_mode has been disabled for your opencart site, so now site is working without any error. Your site is still showing error related images due to folder /home/toolspec/public_html/shop/image/data/ProTools is not available. You will have to upload this folder to get it work.

          thanks for sorting that.. i am trying to upload right now but i cant access the ftp any more

            Hello,

            I have created FTP account from cPaenl and forwarded you login details.
            Please use those login details for the FTP. It will work for you.
