Ok. For that, we have an option called “Mass Email Messages” in Plesk. Using that you can send some or all of your resellers and customers email notifications.

Yes. For that log into Plesk>Tools and settings>Mass email Messages>Add Mass Email Template or Mass Email messages.
Then fill in the information for sending mail. Select to whom you wish to send. All or selected people only. Then add the subject and message. And then click “Ok”.
