Cloud Server Down

Hi guys my windows based cloud server has gone down and have been told that there is a problem with "storage and the file system".
I havent been given a ETA to resolve the problem but have kept my chat session open with Henry who is sure to update me when its resolved.
From what I understand clients whose VPS are created on the VMvare cluster are also affected.

WOW. Is it fixed already? I have not seen any information about updates. I am planning to use cloud server for http://hireessaywriter.org/ , but I am not sure that it is reliable.
