  • Wordpress for commercial websites

Wordpress is originally a CMS geared toward bloggers, but I notice that now there are many regular websites running on Wordpress, and they still look professional. Do you think it is possible to use Wordpress to build a commercial website, on which you sell products to and accept payments from your customers?

One of the other benefits of Wordpress is the fact that it's a very light weight CMS. It does not have any special requirement and one can host it with a shared hosting plan whether Linux or Windows.

Yes, Wordpress is an amazing platform geared towards bloggers and webmasters who don't want to deal with web designing and coding that much. I still wonder how they can provide it for free.

You are still allowed to download Wordpress for free no matter what hosting provider you purchase a hosting plan from. I believe many eUKhost's users are running Wordpress blogs without encountering major problems.

Wordpress is so popular that many web hosting companies have software included in the control panel that enables Wordpress to be installed. With all the plugins, you should be able to do anything from having a shopping cart to hosting videos.
