Increasing server resources is an excellent technique to speed up a website.

The more RAM you have, the more space you have for your apps. It does not always imply increased speed or improved performance. If speed is your primary issue, more cores are often preferable over RAM.

When you have numerous cores but not enough RAM, you'll experience a slowdown.

The actual processing cores in a Central Processing Unit are referred to as a 'core' (CPU). Each modern CPU chip has many processor cores, and a server may have multiple CPU chips. The core is the component of the processor that can run machine code on its own.

A core is, at its most basic level, something that can run a process. In certain ways, your computer treats a CPU with several cores as multiple CPUs.

Yes, it will enhance speed since increasing RAM/core may improve TTFB or LCP, both of which are important for core web functions.
