Targeting directories

I have heard quite a debate on whether it is better to flood as many directories as possible, even if they are generic, or if it is better to be very specific to get into targeted directories even though it may take more time to find and apply and reduce the number one's site is in.

I prefer QUALITY rather then Quantity !!!
Try to submit your wordpress website in most suitable category of niche directory, also check if the directory is monitored & well maintained.
Directory submission should be an ongoing process not just One Day Task
