Is it time to have some guidelines on the tech forums to help some of these chaps formulate questions that they can have a hope of answering?
I haven't visited for ages, but notice that the forums are much more established than they once were.
However I also notice that those who need help are not sometimes able to explain their problem coherently enough to gain an answer.
As hosts, methinks promoting help (not necessarily giving it, as that costs time and ££) will get WHUK more clients eh?
