I'm first and only client of Webhosting UK from Kosova.

My opinion:

Republic of Kosova isn't listed to the Country list.

It will be listed or not?

I think this is down to the billing software itself, I'm sure it will be looked into.

Albania and Kosova are to countries...

I selected Albania, because my country isn't listed, and maybe 3 other customers are from Kosova and selected Albania, but I don't thinks so.
