    Please pass my call (CJF-894-95463) to support advanced suit because I have a day waiting for the usual support answering my request, leaving demonstrate that the basic support or is not prepared to answer or not are giving attention necessary customer

    I have checked the ticket CJF-894-95463 and the current status of the ticket looks resolved. It seems there was a typo in the domain name due to which the resolution time got stretched.
